This one’s not about a person. It’s about that quiet place inside me where my heart and mind finally meet and are at peace—where everything just slows down. I’ve been there before, and I always find myself going back when things get a little too loud. Back to sane is a reminder that sometimes, peace doesn’t come from outside. It’s already there, within me—I just need to sit with it for a while.
